1. Pre-Booking Charges:
- A pre-booking amount is required to confirm your appointment.
2. Cancellation & Refund:
- If you cancel your appointment at least 12 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund of the pre-booking amount.
- If the cancellation is made less than 12 hours before the appointment, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the pre-booking amount.
3. Rescheduling:
- We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you can do so free of charge based on availability.
- Simply reach out to us as soon as possible, and we’ll help you find a new time that works for you.
