At Mor-Selv, we specialize in providing wellness and spa services at our designated locations and partner facilities. We do not sell or ship physical products. Please read our shipping policy below:

1. No Physical Product Shipments:

  • Mor-Selv does not deliver or ship any goods. All our offerings are service-based and take place at our own or partner locations.

2. Service Delivery:

  • Once an appointment is booked and confirmed, the service will be provided at the scheduled time and location.
  • Customers are responsible for arriving at the designated location for their service.

3. Appointment Confirmation:

  • After booking an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email or Whatsapp Message with the details of your service, including the date, time, and location.
  • If you do not receive a confirmation email or Whatsapp Message, please contact us immediately.

4. Modifications & Rescheduling:

  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so free of charge based on availability.
  • Cancellations and refunds are subject to our Refund & Rescheduling Policy.
